About
You Can Meet Yourself Here

You don't have to arrive with all the answers. Together, we create space to slow down, listen to what is happening within you, and discover what becomes possible when you stop fighting yourself.
My philosophy
A different way of working with yourself.
I believe that many of the patterns we struggle with today once made perfect sense.
The need to control. The difficulty saying no. Always being the one who takes care of things. The pressure to keep going. The fear of disappointing someone. The feeling that you should be further ahead, doing more, or handling things better. These patterns are not signs that something is wrong with you. They are ways your inner system has learned to respond.
My work is about creating enough space to meet those patterns differently. I work with the moment when you notice that something keeps happening — even though you consciously want it to change. You want to trust, but you keep checking. You want to rest, but you can't switch off. You want to express what you need, but something stops you. You know you want a change, but you keep finding yourself in the same place.
Rather than trying to force these reactions away, we explore what is happening underneath them. Through transformational work, integrative hypnosis and approaches including Core Transformation and Wholeness Work, I help you access the deeper needs, intentions and resources behind your automatic reactions — so that you can have more than one way of responding.
Because inner freedom is not about never feeling fear, guilt, doubt or uncertainty.
It is about being able to hear them without automatically letting them make your decisions.
The difference you’ll experience
“I felt stuck and unsure how to take the next step in my career. Working with [Your Name] gave me clarity and a clear action plan. Within two months, I transitioned into a new role that feels both exciting and aligned with my strengths.”

What Guides My Work

Compasion
I believe change becomes possible when we stop fighting the parts of ourselves we don't like. Compassion allows us to meet ourselves honestly without turning every struggle into another reason to judge ourselves.
Honesty
Real change begins with being willing to see what is actually here — even when it is uncomfortable or different from what we think should be here. I value honest self-reflection over trying to create a version of ourselves that looks good from the outside.

Choice
There is often more choice available than we can see when we are caught in an automatic reaction. My work is about creating enough space to discover that choice and decide from a more grounded place.
Connection
I believe we don't have to choose between being true to ourselves and being connected to others. We can express what we need, set boundaries, disappoint someone or hear “no” without abandoning ourselves or making the other person wrong.

Founder
My background combines over a decade of experience in coordination, communication and working with people in complex environments with training in transformational approaches, including Core Transformation, Wholeness Work and Integrative Hypnosis.
I bring a practical, grounded approach to inner work. We work with what is actually happening in your life — your reactions, your relationships, your work, your decisions and the moments when you feel stuck.
The work is not about fixing yourself, but about shifting the place from which you meet yourself and your life.
It is about becoming more available to yourself — with more capacity for what is, more choice in how you respond, and less need to abandon yourself in order to feel safe, successful, loved or in control.
If something in your life no longer fits, you may not need another strategy for managing yourself.
You may need a different relationship with yourself.
That is the space I created Inner Freedom Space for.
